• Excellent time management and communication skills are required.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office.

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
• Resolve internal complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
