Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, neat work habits and handwriting
Good math skills to ensure accurate order packing, invoicing, and ability to assist in general inventory management
Strong customer service skills including brand-appropriate communication in person, via phone, and in emails
Ability to focus on work in a busy warehouse environment and communicate with teammates in a respectful, compassionate manner
Responsibilities:
Maintaining updated order reports for the Production Team to assist in production planning and inventory allocation, and potentially helping maintain accurate Wholesale customer records in our inventory management system
Assisting with quarterly physical inventory counts
Helping organize packages that are ready to ship and communicating with our carriers to ensure proper pickups, etc.
Organizing finished goods inventory and wholesale shipping supplies and marketing collateral, assisting with batching, labeling, and packaging of finished products if necessary
