This position will suit a current sales or business development professional who has a technical background in mechanical/electrical/automation or BMS.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable Function ensuring accurate payment processing and allocation.
- Record expenses accurately in Oracle and Quickbooks.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Manage salaries and payments to employees.
- Prepare budgets and analyse variances.
- Financial reporting to different stakeholders.
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details, coupled with the ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to self-manage multiple tasks at once and to meet deadlines.
- The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from an Australian university.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook skills
