Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Office 365 environments. ·
Strong knowledge of Office 365 features and functionality. ·
Microsoft Office 365 certification is preferred. ·
Experience in user management and security within Office 365. ·
Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows to optimize business operations. ·
Customize SharePoint sites/pages and develop workflows, forms, and applications. ·
Create and manage SharePoint resources, ensuring efficient collaboration and document management. ·
Integrate Power Automate and SharePoint with other systems for seamless data flow. ·
Provide end-user training and support to maximize Office 365 capabilities.
