Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or Masters in computer science, IT, or
a related field, and relevant work experience.
Requirments :
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and inquisitive
Responsibilities :
Providing Level-1 Support on Concession POS,Software Working flow issue.
Browser Settings and problem - Hardware Issues Thermal Printer, PC for the software Operation.
Day to day troubleshooting/Fixing of LAN/internet issues on Bahria Town Cinema.
This includes links to CCTVs, Phone Lines etc.
Proving support to other project if any type of query comes and they call for the troubleshooting/Fixing.
Also provide backup and support to Operation staff as per the requirement.
Performs any Job/Tasks comes from Deputy Chief Executive.
Skills :
Good verbal and written communication skills
Mability to identify problems, process resolution, and implement action or a solution timely.
Must be proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
Salary :
Rs. 40,000.00 to Rs. 60,000.00
