Call Center Representative Jobs
Qualifications:
Should have strong computer and phone skills
Use of a computer system/EMR system, EClinical Works – experience using this, or another electronic medical records system is a necessity
Medical insurance knowledge and previous call center experience are a plus
Responsibilities:
Juggling multiple phone lines in order to answer every call and make sure the patients get in to see one of our 7 doctors in one of our 5 locations
Making sure to schedule the patients accordingly with the patient’s location needs as well as doctoral
Keeping a schedule of each doctor’s location for the week or day
Pay is based on experience
