Qualifications :
Graduations / or above
1 year experience (Preferred)
Requirments :
Good level of speaking English
Willingness to work 10 hour shifts
CANDIDATES MUST be within a 25km distance to the LAHORE OFFICE
Responsibilities :
Taking customer inbound and outbound calls
Maintaining accurate records of documents
Coordinating with drivers to ensure an efficient and smooth service
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
