Engineer in Benchmarking and Data Operations Jobs
Educational Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree , graduation in Software Engineering (or a related field)
or Master's degree.
Maximum of two years of professional experience
Skills :
Knowledge of GPU hardware and relative performance metrics.
Proficiency with monitoring and data analytics tools such as OpenSearch, Hadoop/Spark, Kibana and Grafana.
Expertise in DevOps practices, including utilizing CI/CD tools, test automation, and deployment methodologies.
Responsibilities :
Providing expert technical support in the benchmark area to the WLCG user community.
Ensuring the seamless operation of existing services, leveraging technologies such as Puppet, GitLab CI/CD, ActiveMQ, Logstash, OpenSearch, Kibana, and Grafana, Docker containers.
Actively contributing to the development of the HEP benchmark software stack, to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the services critical to the benchmarking activity.

A monthly stipend ranging between 5134 and 5647 Swiss Francs (net of tax).
