Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals who meet the required qualifications, experience, and age criteria to fill the following posts on a one-year contract basis (extendable for one more year, if required) in Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantts/Garrisons), under the Ministry of Defence:

Minimum Qualifications
For SST (BS-17)
- Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university, with B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification
OR - M.A (Education Planning and Management – EPM) from an HEC-recognized university.
For TGT (BS-16)
- Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree (14 years of education) in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university, with B.Ed or equivalent professional qualification.

Age Limits
- SST: 22 to 30 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation).
- TGT: 20 to 28 years (plus 5 years general age relaxation).
Note: Age will be determined as of the closing date of advertisement.
Age Relaxation Categories
Additional age relaxation may be granted (if eligible) for:
- Candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, AJK, and GB – 3 years
- Government servants with 2 years of continuous service – 10 years
- Disabled persons – 10 years
- Widows, children of deceased civil servants who died in service – 5 years
- Retired/serving armed forces personnel and their children (as per policy)
Registration Process
- Eligible candidates must apply online via:

(No hard copy applications will be accepted.) - Upload all required documents before submission of application.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test in Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Multan, and Peshawar. Details will be shared via the website/Induction Portal.
- Download and bring the roll number slip from your online account to the test center.
Interview & Selection Process
- Shortlisting will be based on written test results.
- Interview details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
- Original documents (including academic certificates) must be presented at the interview.
- Govt. servants must produce a fresh No Objection Certificate from their department.
Miscellaneous
- Dismissed/terminated individuals or those with a criminal record are not eligible.
- Current employees of Federal/Provincial Govt. are not eligible.
- Providing false/incomplete information will lead to disqualification.
- No request for test/interview date change will be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Contractual employees must provide an undertaking that they will not claim regularization later.
Place of Posting
Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
