Educational Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of Frontend development experience.
- A degree in information technology/management, or related fields
Skills :
- Proven experience coding in TypeScript with a strong understanding of Node.js
- Strong proficiency in developing HTML5-based web pages with CSS/SCSS styling
- Experience working with microservice API endpoints in both GraphQL and REST architectures
- Prior experience with unit testing in TypeScript using tools like Jest
- Familiarity with containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience in code versioning tools, such as Git
- Good understanding of frontend frameworks such as ReactJS or Next.js is preferred
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and remain composed under pressure
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with microservice API endpoints in GraphQL and REST
- Implement unit tests for frontend code using tools like Jest to ensure reliability and maintainability
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our frontend development processes
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive web experiences
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold code quality standards
- Assist in technical documentation and contribute to basic technical writing tasks as needed
- Assist in planning and executing tests to assess the usability of a software product
