Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven graphic design experience,
ideally within the real estate industry or a related field.

Excellent visual design skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including both print and digital media.
Knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials by adhering to brand guidelines.
Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of printed materials and oversee the print process from conception to delivery.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your work. •
Provide creative input and suggestions to continuously improve the visual elements of our marketing campaigns.
Create and maintain a library of design assets and materials for future use.
Work with the digital marketing team to optimize graphics for SEO and social media engagement.
