Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience
Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, agency or in-house creative environment
Skills :
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
Ability to translate complex ideas and requirements into visually compelling design solutions •
Familiarity with print production processes, file formats, and specifications •
Proficient in digital design for web, social media, and other online platforms
Responsibilities :
Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for various marketing and communication materials •
Translate creative briefs and client/stakeholder requirements into cohesive design concepts and final deliverables •
Ensure design work adheres to established brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and best practices •
Produce high-quality design assets, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, email templates, and web page layouts •
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually impactful materials that support broader marketing and communication strategies •
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design solutions •
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of your work •
Assist with the maintenance and evolution of the company's brand assets, including the development of design guidelines and templates •
