Educational Qualifications :

Proven experience in HR operations or a related role with advanced Excel expertise.
Skills :
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to analyze HR data, create reports, and generate insights.
Maintain and update employee records, utilizing Excel for data storage and analysis.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations by using Excel for tracking and reporting. ·
Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including creating and maintaining candidate databases in Excel.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Use Excel to manage benefits enrollment and provide support to employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth administration.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and generating Excel-based reports.
Address payroll-related queries from employees.
Track employee attendance and leave records using Excel.
Ensure that leave policies are adhered to and properly documented.
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops, tracking employee progress in Excel.
Handle employee inquiries and provide information or referrals as necessary.
Support HR in resolving employee issues and conflicts, using Excel for data analysis when applicable.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters using Excel templates.
Maintain and update HR software systems and databases, including · Generate HR reports and analytics using advanced Excel features.
