Eudicational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development strategies, performance management systems, and HR best practices.
Professional HR certification
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
