Educational Qualifications :
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidates having Master's Degree and/or any other relevant professional certification(s) will be preferred
Minimum 07 years of banking experience including 04 years in Compliance preferably in the area of FATCA / CRS or AML/CDD review/advisory
SKills :
Good knowledge of general banking, Anti Money Laundering (AML)/Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) related laws, rules and regulations Knowledge of banking services/products
- 1- Good communication, interpersonal and analytics skills
2- Effective team players
3- Proficiency in MS Office (preferably in MS Word, MS - 4- Good reporting and presentation skills
5- Ability to prioritized and accomplish task with
very Point and MS Excel)
Responsibilities :
To provide compliance advisory after review of documents submitted by business in line with the EDD performed on Financial Institutions & Money Service Business (MSB) at time of onboarding and annual renewal
To respond to the queries raised or adverse news highlighted by corresponded FI/tie-ups
- To respond to AML/CFT questionnaires received from local banks, international banks, MSBs and other organizations
- To coordinate with Operations Group and other relevant groups to obtain the data related to FATCA / CRS reporting To process and compile the data related to FATCA/CRS reporting
- To perform reporting of FACTA and CRS as per the defined timeline. Also, renew FATCA digital certificate as per IRS.
