Responsibilities:
Ensure and operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Identify legal risks facing the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
Conduct training sessions for staff on legal issues relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
Provide guidance on employment law matters, including hiring, termination, discrimination, and harassment issues.
Stay informed about changes in law and regulations, and advise senior management on compliance requirements.
