Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or above preferably in Development Studies , Social Sciences
any other relevant discipline.
Requirments :
Knowledge on both qualitative and quantitative research methods .
3 to 5 years of experience in NGOs or NGOs in the same position.
Application of computer software (MS Excel, SPSS, GIS, data visualization software) and monitoring devices is essential.
Responsibilities :
Create M&E and Analysis Plan/s and ensure compliance
Monitoring overall program’s activities progress against pre-determined indicators in proposals to ensure quality (efficiency and effectiveness)
Develop Project related M&E tools with the help of Project Coordinator
Field test M&E tools with staff and modify as necessary with close coordination of Program Coordinator
Work to ensure that lessons learned and best practices are incorporated into new Program/project design
Develop and ensure adherence to a detailed implementation plan for M&E activities
