Educational Qualifications :
Current nurses’ licensure and Bachelor’s degree (required).
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
Skills :
Hospital language of record is English.
Strong English verbal and written skills required.
Arabic language skills
Demonstrates leadership, good rapport, and cooperative relationships.
Responsibilities:
Applies the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge needs of patient/family/significant other.
Applies the Core Concepts of Patient- and Family-Centered Care (PFCC) in practice, and uses this knowledge to personalize care for each patient/family.
Recognizes the impact of nursing care and patient/family partnerships on patient outcomes.
Partners with and utilizes patient/family input and goals in planning plan of care. •
Provides quality care that meets or exceeds the expectations of value (core measures, quality matrix, patient experience, fiscally responsible). •
Provides assistance to individuals in a manner that takes into account their special needs, age-related and cultural-related needs. •

This application is for short to medium-term nursing opportunities in the historic resort town of Al Ula, KSA. Applicants are qualified registered nurses whose responsibilities encompass the promotion of health, prevention of illness, and care of physically ill, mentally ill, and disabled people of all ages in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Nurses are responsible for the supervision and delegation of the work of assistive personnel for the quality of patient care and for the standard of nursing practice.
