Educational Qualifications :
Education should be minimum Bachelors.
Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of hotel operations management
Experience in Islamabad, preferably with experience in a reputable large-scale hotel.
Proven track record of leadership and success in managing hotel
operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Skills :
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies that maximize efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality service and uphold the hotel's reputation.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the hotel's commitment to excellence.
- Foster a positive work culture and provide guidance and support to team members to facilitate their professional development and growth.
