Educational Qulifictaions :
Degree/Diploma preferably in sales & marketing/operations
management
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales and operations management
Responsibilities :
Communication regarding cycle instructions, target achievements
Coordination with the field and head office teams
Knowledge of Geographical areas and territories – NPR/CPR/Northern Areas/SPR/S&B
Daily, weekly and monthly and adhoc reporting on targets, achievements, outstanding information
Analysis of team lead performance, AM performance, brand and category wise performance and region wise performance
To prepare Call Cycles of relevant region in stipulated time
Support HR for the Joining, resignation, leave applications and attendance of the team
