Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree
or
equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant work experience
Requirments :
Work experience in business process re-engineering & optimization
Prefer certifications like Lean six sigma black belt
Strong skills in MS office applications (Excel, PPT)
Work experience in quality & internal controls team in BPO/ shared service organization
Exposure of GBS operations
Responsibilities:
Performing sample based check, monitor transactions & provide feedback on quality
Driving quality assurance & enhancement in GBS unit under supervision of team lead
Assessing adherence of training programs of new employees as per company policy
Assisting company’s external auditors for preparation of documentation for control weakness/ error remediation
Tracking and reporting relevant quality metrics identified for GBS process to team lead, Head of CDC , GBS & stakeholders
Performing compliance audits to identify process gaps and non compliances
