Educational Qualifications :
Recent graduate with BE/BSc. or MS in Civil, Electrical/Electronics,
or Engineering Management.

Responsibilities :
Understanding project specifications and interpreting engineering drawings.
Supporting senior staff in the writing, editing, and formatting of reports and deliverables.
Assisting in the preparation of final reports alongside the project manager, office engineer, and senior staff.
Compiling reports on-site visits and conducting site visits as needed.
Engaging in meetings, workshops, and additional training activities.
Analyzing data and contributing to its analysis.
Developing skills in note-taking and preparing minutes for meetings.
Proposing enhancements to reporting processes where feasible.
Following health and safety guidelines strictly.

Description ;
Guided by the Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) and Office Engineer in Peshawar, the Trainee Engineer will participate in a structured training program. This program includes a variety of assignments that support reporting and senior management tasks, all while adhering to the standards set by CDM Smith and USAID. Trainees would be engaged as independent consultants. The training program will have a fixed duration of one year for this cohort.
