Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the school, setting high academic and ethical standards for students and staff. •
Oversee the daily operations of the school, including budget management, facility maintenance, and staff supervision. •
Work with teachers and curriculum development teams to ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and meets the needs of students. •
Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community, promoting a supportive school environment. •
Implement and enforce school policies and disciplinary procedures, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment. •
Collaborate with teachers to coordinate and enhance the academic programs, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards. •
Oversee and support extracurricular activities, clubs, and events that enrich students' overall development. •
Coordinate support services such as tutoring, counseling, and special education programs to meet students' diverse needs. •
Assessment and Data Analysis: Monitor student performance through assessments and data analysis, making data-driven decisions to improve educational outcomes.
