Educational Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education or
related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling, student discipline, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies related to education and child safety.
Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic plans for academic excellence and student development.
Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and assessment strategies.
Salary :
Rs. 80,000.00 to Rs. 100,000.00
